Some of the more common undesirable effects that have been reported include; nausea, headache, dizziness, yawning, sleepiness, infection, sore throat, pain, increased cough, rhinitis, flushing, taste disorder and sweating. If this medicine is taken with alcohol there is an increased risk of a drop in blood pressure that might make you feel dizzy. In addition, alcohol can impair sexual performance.

It should be emphasised that whilst these side effects have been reported, the number of people that have been affected has been very small.
